Finding the Right Person to Work With

I know that when I want to create healing and positive change in my own life, I look for a practitioner that feels safe, open-hearted, intuitive, emotionally and spiritually aware, and highly skilled in whatever modalities they are using. I look for someone I can really trust, someone with whom I feel aligned. I imagine this is the same for you, though you might choose a few different words to describe it. It makes sense to be discriminating when we choose someone to work with, especially on deep soul issues and shifts. I know from my own experience that when I have confidence and trust in the practitioner I’ve chosen, it makes everything flow much more easily.

Reconnecting with Innate Wholeness

In our society, we tend to focus on descriptions of issues and problems, such as abuse, anxiety, phobias, insomnia, PTSD, eating disorders, etc. I prefer to focus on the innate beauty, amazing gifts and wholeness of each person I work with. The work we do together in this way connects with your true essence, the heart and soul levels of your being. Sessions help to clear and lift whatever is in the way of you experiencing and living in your innate beauty and wholeness.

In your first session you can explore whether working with me feels right to you. After that, I suggest that clients schedule 6-session packages. I find that when folks commit to their healing in that way, optimum results occur. (You know, sometimes we humans tend to bail when/if things get uncomfortable rather than moving through that bit of rough water to reach the new shore.) Making 6-session commitments is your agreement with yourself to stay with the process.
